Pricing and Payment
Pricing
- All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD)
- Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated
- Material costs are based on current market prices and may change
- Labor rates are based on standard business hours unless otherwise agreed
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless other terms are agreed in writing
- We accept payment by check, credit card, or electronic transfer
- Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month
- Work may be stopped on accounts with overdue balances
Refunds
Refund policies are as follows:
- Deposits are refundable if we cancel the service
- Deposits may be non-refundable if you cancel without proper notice

Warranty and Guarantees
Labor Warranty
- We provide a 1-year warranty on all labor performed
- Warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
Materials Warranty
- Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty
- We will assist with manufacturer warranty claims
- Extended warranties may be available for certain products
Limitations
Our warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear

Permits and Inspections

- Customer is responsible for providing access for inspections
- Additional work required to pass inspection will be quoted separately
Liability and Indemnification

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for damages resulting from your failure to follow our recommendations

PNMD Electric carries:
- General liability insurance
- Workers' compensation insurance
- Professional liability coverage
Insurance certificates are available upon request.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PNMD Electric, its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
